Regional Retail Centre, Hwy 7/Hwy 50, Brampton

G & L was retained by 802158 Ontario LTD. to secure an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment for a mixed-use Regional Office/Retail Centre at the southwest corner of Highway 7 and Highway 50, in the City of Brampton. The site is 30.9 hectares in size. The project consists of over 28,000 square metres of commercial office, and retail and restaurant floor space. The Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendments were approved by Council in March 2011.
