G & L was retained by Mattamy Homes to secure land use approvals for a mixed-use residential high-rise, ground floor retail and townhouse redevelopment project on Queen Street East, just west of Kennedy Road in Brampton. The subject site measures approximately 1.5 hectares. The project was approved for a total of 460 residential dwelling units contained in two apartment towers. The apartment towers are 22 and 14 storeys in height respectively. The portion of the project facing Queen Street East contains ground-related commercial/retail uses.
