Andrew Walker is a Principal Planner and Partner of Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. with nearly twenty (20) years of planning experience in the private sector. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (Bachelor of Environmental Studies – Urban and Regional Planning). Andrew joined Gagnon Walker Domes Ltd. in 2005, becoming Principal Planner and Partner in 2016.

Andrew has experience in providing planning opinion and project management services in connection with numerous development applications, ranging in complexity from basic to complex, within various municipalities within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

Andrew has experience preparing Planning Investigation and Feasibility Studies and formal Planning Justification Reports assessing conformity and consistency with Provincial, Regional and local planning documents and guidelines in support of conceptual development proposals and planning/development applications.

Andrew also provides project management services and is qualified to provide expert opinion evidence in the field of land use planning before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
